STEP ONE

Make sure to view my service menu to get a good expectation of what your investment may look like and what’s all included during your service.

STEP TWO

Complete the New Client Questionnaire. Based on your answers, you’ll see which service to book—and you’ll be redirected to my booking site to submit your appointment request.

If you don’t see a time that works, add yourself to the waitlist or request a premium appointment from the booking page.

STEP THREE

I’ll review your form and appointment request. You’ll receive a confirmation (or a quick note with adjustments if needed), plus an onboarding email with prep details and your Client-Only Portal link.

PMU bookings are confirmed after I review your photos and history.

At this point, you’ll be set up with a reservation for your service feeling confident with our plan moving forward.

We’ll start with a thorough consultation to make sure you feel 100% confident in the services you’ll be receiving. From there, get ready to be pampered:

- Want to nap or scroll? You’re welcome to do either.

You’ll also receive a complimentary lip or under-eye mask—your choice—as a little extra love during your treatment.

Before you leave, I’ll walk you through exactly how to maintain your look at home. We’ll build a simple maintenance plan together so your results last and your confidence stays high between visits. Once you absolutely love the final result, I’ll get you scheduled, checked out, and back to your day feeling refreshed and ready.
